Matthew Baumgartner, Executive Director
Mr. Baumgartner created the Cyber Crime Response Agency in 2010, to better assist law enforcement and to help collect evidence for criminal prosecutions. His past investigations and decoy work in previous organizations makes him a valuable asset for tracking down missing evidence. Formerly serving in the United States Army as a Chaplin's assistant, Mr. Baumgartner also utilizes his learned skill to assist with victims advocacy.

Daniel Jackson, Assistant to Operations
Mr. Jackson not only serves as the Assistant to Operations, but also acts as the Lead Treasurer, handing organization bills and payment methods. Mr. Jackson started serving in the agency in 2015 as an investigator, quickly proving his skills and devotion to the agency, leading him to the position of Assistant to Operations. Mr. Jackson enjoys spending time with his team and assisting in other areas.

Joe Campbell, Assistant Agent in Charge
Mr. Campbell joined the CCRA in July of 2016 as an investigator.  Mr. Campbell provides training and mentoring for new agents within the Predator Detection Unit. He has a background in information security, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and a Master’s Certificate in Information Systems Security from Villanova University.
